SHIPPING

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is FREE on all orders up to 500g.
For orders over 500g, shipping starts from AU$10.00 with costs calculated at checkout.
Shipping is only available within Australia.

When do you ship your orders?
Items are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping time will depend on Australia Post.

While all care is taken when packaging your order, once the order has been given to Australia Post, Namaro Creative have no control over how the package arrives to you. We apologise if your items haven't arrived in the state we sent them in, however no refunds or replacements will be offered in the odd chance this does occur.

We also do no accept returns for 'change of mind' purchases. If you have been sent the wrong items please email us with photo evidence and we can sort this out for you.

 

PRINTING

What's the best printer settings to use for the digital downloads?
When printing our A6 cards or our 13-15cm round cards, we suggest selecting "Landscape" and "Two Pages Per Sheet" or your printers equivalent which leaves plenty of space to cut around each card.
For our smaller cards (14.8cm x 5.25cm) and our 'people' in the birthdays set (8cm), we suggest "Landscape" and "Four Pages Per Sheet".
